The easiest way to track your order is through your order status page. You received a link to this page in your order confirmation email.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in that email to see real-time updates from the carrier.

Can't Find Your Tracking Information?

Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for messages from us. If you still can't locate your tracking information, contact us at support@shoptrainingdepartment.com with your order number, and we'll help you track your package.
