30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@shoptrainingdepartment.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
